User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Law of Attraction for Job Seekers
In my experience this book has done the best job of combining Law Of Attraction (LOA) with the potentially frustrating experience that is the traditional job search. Ms. White’s approach is quite thorough. From writing a resume that really “tells your story” to how to handle those tough interview questions, this book covers all the bases. I’m not saying buying this book will get you a job, but since reading it I’ve had 3 people approach me about working for or with them.

5 Stars Be Happy!
Have you ever said, “I hate my job?” After reading Janet’s book, Secrets of the Hidden Job Market, you won’t have to EVER say those words again. Janet uses a unique and valuable method of showing her readers how to find their dream job and get on with their careers.

To be happy in the work force (and everywhere else), you need to LOVE what you do. Janet teaches how to eliminate from your life, the negative thoughts that sabotage your future happiness. But she doesn’t stop there; her book includes tips on presenting the right resume and how to sell your interest to the company you’ve always dreamed of working for.

In addition, Janet’s book is filled with inspirational (and some amusing) quotations which help make it an easy-to-read book for anyone seeking a more productive and happy life.

1 Star Errors everywhere
I would be embarrassed to provide this to anyone. Chapter 8 has the title misspelled on every page. Who proofed this book? The resumes in Chapter 7 before and after must be switched since the before document looks much more organized than the After document. HR staff and hiring managers will spend ~15 seconds scanning resumes. They had better be organized. What a waste of time and money.

5 Stars Pragmatic advice for anyone seeking a dream job
Janet’s pragmatic book details the “Contrarian System” of job hunting and calls the Law of Attraction to your aid in landing your dream job. This book now has a special place on my bookshelf.
