I bought this chair for $63.99 with free shipping. The price seemed a bit high at first (Target sells basic task chairs for about $25), but I’m happy with the product that arrived, and the fact that it arrived at my front door for about $65 (I probably would have expected to pay less for it in-store). It definitely feels more sturdy than your basic task chair, and doesn’t look cheap. It has an office look to it vs. dorm-room look, and the seat is a good 20 inches wide. Good cushioning, good material. The leather plus is probably not as breathable as the fabric, but I like how it looks, and think it will be more durable. It was easy to put together, only required a screwdriver. The hydraulics worked, too. You can’t recline back in it, but I find it perfectly comfortable for sitting at the computer typing/surfing. The seatback has a little give and cushioning, so it feels supportive, but not rigid. Perfectly good mid-priced chair for getting things done at the computer, if you’re looking for a task chair with a little more style, seat space, and padding.
