I speak fluent Farsi(Persian) and Dari.
I am interested in international affairs, foreign policy, and intelligence.
What are some careers that are out there that would fit my criteria?

Sounds like you’ve got some great qualifications. I studied international affairs as well, and found that most students ended up with jobs in:
– The US Foreign Service (or overseas equivalent)
– Other governmental jobs
– Not-for-profit jobs (usually overseas)
– Private sector, including finance, consulting, commodities, security
– Military
So really, the degree is quite flexible. Try some internships to help you decide exactly what sort of environment would be most suitable to you. For example, do you want to work domestically or overseas? Do you want to be in the field or with a desk job? etc.
This website lists some organizations that you should consider:

American University has a website with some links to common employers:

Good luck!
