What Do People Think About A Career As A Careers Guidance Counsellor For Young People?
I’m thinking about a career in careers guidance counselling (in England) which I know now falls under the Connexions service. I was just wondering what people thought about it as a career. Is it rewarding? Having already worked in social services I am aware of the difficult people that you deal with but what I want to know do you feel as though you’re making a difference and is it worthwhile?

I like Psychology, but I don’t want to be anything like a psychologist. What other careers are there along the psychology lines that have a little less communication with people?
I also like dream psychology and forensics. So, if you know any careers that incorporate one of those, that would be helpful as well.

I am giving serious thought to a career switch from sales into languages which I had always loved to learn. What kind of careers can you go into after studying digital media? I quite fancy web design or something like that. But what other options would I have? I’m planning a change in career so I want to know all options available to me.
